1 General Terms

fg66 is an online entertainment and betting platform that offers slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between fg66 and its users ("Members").

By accessing or using fg66's website, mobile app or any related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use this platform.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of fg66, you must create an account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one fg66 account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, fg66 reserves the right to close all related accounts.

2.2 Identity Verification

fg66 may request identity verification from a member at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be required. If verification is not completed within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

2.3 Registration Restrictions

Opening an account with fg66 is strictly prohibited in the following cases:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Those whose previous accounts were closed by fg66
• Those who wish to operate an account on behalf of someone else
• Countries or regions from which access to fg66's services is prohibited

3 Age Verification and Identity

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate in gaming and betting activities on fg66. This is not merely an administrative rule — protecting minors from gambling is a core responsibility of fg66.

At any stage of registration, fg66 may request a government-issued ID to verify age. Deposit and withdrawal facilities may be suspended until age verification is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your fg66 account username and password completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with anyone else is a violation of these Terms.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorisation, contact fg66 customer support immediately. The member is responsible for all activity that occurs on their account, though special consideration may be given for losses that occurred before fg66 was notified.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

fg66 monitors account activity through automated systems. If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for security purposes and the member may be asked to complete additional verification.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fg66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the registered member
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited
• fg66 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fg66 follows internationally recognised KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fg66's current welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.

As an example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000. No withdrawal can be made until this amount has been wagered after receiving the bonus.

6.1 Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash — it must be earned through wagering
• The same member may not claim the welcome bonus more than once
• A bonus may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is suspected
• Each promotional offer may have separate terms, which will be stated alongside that offer
• fg66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6.2 VIP Program

fg66's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's overall activity. Full details of VIP benefits are available on the relevant page.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on fg66 are governed by specific rules. fg66 reserves the right to cancel bets or suspend accounts if these rules are not followed.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

fg66 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet and to set bet limits. If incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error are exploited, the relevant bet will be considered void.

7.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, internationally recognised official sources are used to determine results. If a dispute arises over a game result, the log records stored on fg66's platform will be considered final evidence.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, fg66 will determine the result based on the data from that session. This decision will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg66 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Coordinating bets across multiple parties to gain an advantage (arbitrage betting)
• Using automated software or bots to bet or play games
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Attempting to deceive fg66 staff with false or misleading information

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, fg66 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

fg66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information at registration
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• An account being operated by a minor
• Action required for legal or regulatory reasons

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact customer support. The opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided before closure, however bonus balances will not be paid out.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. If no action is taken after a notice is sent to the member, the account may be archived.

10 Limitation of Liability

fg66 always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, fg66 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the member's device
• Delays or errors in third-party payment services
• Temporary service interruptions during necessary maintenance
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own negligence or poor decisions
• Losses due to cyberattacks or hacking, provided fg66 had taken reasonable security measures

fg66's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total deposits made by the relevant member in that month.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fg66 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and multimedia — is covered by the intellectual property rights of fg66 or its licensors.

No part of this platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without fg66's prior written permission. Permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes is granted through these Terms.

Game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) hold their own intellectual property rights. Content from these providers is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

12 Changes to Terms

fg66 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. If a member continues to use the platform after changes are made, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms.

12.1 Dispute Resolution
